THE CAVENDISH CLINIC x JOHN LEWIS: LAUNCHING AN AESTHETIC INDUSTRY-FIRST PARTNERSHIP

The brief: To formally launch the Cavendish Clinic partnership with John Lewis, including the availability of injectable treatments. As an aesthetic industry-first partnership our key goal was to drive consumer and media awareness of this innovative collaboration, alongside driving customer footfall in a target list of clinics.

CAMPAIGN ACTIVITY

KPR proposed an educational media launch event, with key speakers in an expert panel to showcase this unique partnership. Our team:

  • Managed an extensive review and approvals process between The Cavendish Clinic and John Lewis
  • Provided regular strategic consultancy, speaker training and issues management sessions to mitigate issues and maintain clarity around the sensitivities of injectables
  • Organised an expert panel with included speakers from JL and CC
  • Secured an expert panel host – Alice Hart-Davis, renowned beauty editor and founder of The Tweakments Guide – to add media value and control the messaging
  • Over 20 high-calibre journalists and influencers attended the launch, follow-ups secured with a further x25
  • Treatment bookings secured for over x15 press and influencers, with editorial coverage pending

CAMPAIGN RESULTS

Our carefully planned launch campaign garnered a lot of media attention online and offline. Our team:

  • Secured exclusive articles for launch-day publication in Harper’s Bazaar, Get the Gloss, Tweakments Guide – alongside MailOnline and Loose Women shortly afterwards
  • Secured extensive coverage across national print, online, radio and TV in the first two weeks post-announcement:
    • 137 pieces of coverage
    • Over 4 million views
    • Reach of over 1.36m followers on social media
  • Successfully provided crisis management for a Sunday Times article via Cavendish KOL interview on Times Radio, in partnership with BAAPS and Save Face
