2.2 Secure payment is conducted via WooCommerce which is completely secure payment system. We do not hold any of your personal banking details and never display your full credit/debit card details once entered. We will only reveal the last four digits of your payment card for verification purpose only.
2.3 Our website contains links to other websites; we cannot be held responsible for the privacy policies or practices these third party website may adopt.
2.4 At Kendrick PR we would urge you to protect your own privacy by not sharing your password details to another via telephone or email. We guarantee all your information that you provide to us is securely saved.

5. Registration
5.1 To register with www.kendrickpr.uk you must be over eighteen years of age and possess a valid bank card that is acceptable to us.
5.2 Each registration is for a single user only. We do not permit you to share your username and password with any other person nor with multiple users on a network.
5.3 Responsibility for the security of any passwords issued rests with you and if you know or suspect that someone else knows your password, you should contact us immediately.
5.4 We may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these terms and conditions.
6 Terms and conditions for online purchases
6.1 These terms and conditions for online purchases should be read in conjunction with the terms and conditions related to the use of the website, the copyright statement and Kendrick PR’s privacy and data protection statements. Kendrick PR reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notification.
6.1.2 All items purchased are for the sole use of the registered user or subscriber and are for private and domestic use only. The registered user undertakes not to copy, distribute, share or otherwise broadcast any items purchased from Kendrick PR.
6.1.3 All details provided through the site for the purposes of purchasing items are correct at the time of purchase.
6.1.4 All communication with Kendrick PR in respect of the purchase of items should be done through the site or by email to admin@kendrickpr.uk.
6.1.5 As part of the registration process, all users must define a username, provide a valid email address and create a password. It is the responsibility of the registered user to ensure that every effort is made to keep the registration details secure and not to disclose them to anyone. Usernames cannot be transferred and registered users must not permit, either directly or indirectly, anyone other than themselves to use their username and password for the purchase of items.
6.1.6 It is the responsibility of the registered user to keep the username, password and contact details up-to-date.
6.1.7 These terms and conditions shall be governed in all respects by English law as if the contract was wholly entered into and wholly performed within England. The parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
6.1.8 Items may be purchased using the following credit / debit cards: Delta, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch and Visa. Credit / debit cards are debited at point of sale. Prices quoted on the site are inclusive of VAT and represent the price that will be charged to the registered user’s credit or debit card at point of sale.
6.1.9 The contract is formed between Kendrick PR and the registered user at the point of sale and will be confirmed by email to the address supplied through the site. This confirmation email amounts to our acceptance of your offer to purchase the item.
6.2 Purchased items are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable except in the case of mistaken duplicate purchase, or where the registered user can prove that the item was wrongly described or was incorrectly supplied.
6.2.1 It is the responsibility of the registered user to submit refund claims within 14 days of point of sale. Refunds will be at the discretion of Kendrick PR and will be re-credited to the debit / credit card originally used for the purchase of the item. Such refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the claim. Kendrick PR reserves the right to refuse a refund and their decision is final. Refund requests must be emailed to admin@kendrickpr.uk
6.2.2 Registered users are able to cancel the purchase of an item prior to the point of sale, in which event no debit from the credit or debit card will be made by Kendrick PR.
6.2.3 Once the item has been made available to the registered user, cancellations will not be accepted unless covered by clause 6.2.1 above.
6.2.4 Kendrick PR accepts no liability beyond a refund of the cost of the item.
6.3 Discount Codes where applicable may be given out from time to time. Discount code specifications and terms will be disclosed at time of giving code. Discount codes will have expiration dates and terms attached to them. Only one discount code can be used during one transaction. Discount codes can not be used with conjunction with any other promotions or discounts.
7 Online Customers Must Not
- copy, modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, redistribute, republish, alter, create derivative works from, assign, license, transfer or adapt any of the software, information, text, graphics, source code or HTML code, or other content available on Kendrick PR.

8.1 While we endeavor to ensure that this Website is normally available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
