The brief: Mortar & Milk are an iconic clinic brand founded by Pamela Marshall, they enlisted Kendrick PR to further grow the brand and build a profile for Pamela as specialist facialist for acne. Clinics and facialists are well-established in the London beauty scene, so our key goals were to position and grow Pamela’s profile as a skin expert and acne authority whilst increasing brand awareness of Mortar & Milk.
